I am a girl child, hear my plea, A soul of light, yearning to be free.

From shadows dark, I seek the sun, A safe world where my life's begun.

Protect my heart, shield my mind from abuse and fear, be gentle, be kind.

Stakeholders RISE,TAKE A STAND ,build safe spaces, stretch your hand.

My innocence  is my crown to wear, I deserve a life, a world that  cares.

Help me escape the stranger's snare, fight for my rights, show me you are 

there

For I am a girl child, a future so bright, I deserve freedom ,joy and the right 

to fight
